Parent Guarantee

LEASE AGREEMENT FINANCIAL GUARANTEE MUST BE COMPLETED BY PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN

Dear Parent or Legal Guardian,
Your child will sign a lease agreement for a rental property managed by Partlo Property Management in Mount Pleasant, MI. This form is similar to co-signing a note at the bank, so the age of the tenant is irrelevant. If the Lessee fails to pay rent for any reason, the Guarantor is bound by this agreement to any monies owed to Partlo Property Management. This is a continuing guarantee and shall be binding upon heirs, personal representatives, successors and shall continue in force under all circumstances as to all indebtedness and obligations contracted and incurred by Lessee to Lessor.
